Stilson Builders is a Commercial / Residential General Contractor in Bend, Oregon seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for commercial, residential and tenant improvement work. We are looking for hard working and self motivated individuals with strong leadership and computer skills.

Construction Project Manager responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with clients and design team from the inception of each project to ensure you understand the project feasibility, scope and vision
• Prepare and submit project estimates to clients
• Oversee the startup, including details like permit submission and design evaluations
• Create the scope and schedule for each project and match the best suited team to the job
• Process subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders
• Conduct meetings on-site with architect, client and construction trades
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors actively support and facilitate safety on the jobsites
• Prepare owner billings, process subcontractor and vendor invoicing, provide monthly job forecast and cost to complete reports, etc.
Construction Project Manager skills include:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field of study preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a construction management position
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specs
• Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures
• Extensive experience in managing budgets for small and large construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
• Preconstruction estimating experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project), Bluebeam, Procore (Preferred)
